What once started as a dream of quality and excellence became a reality as Aztec Contracting in 2011. Aztec Contracting was founded by Jose Cardenas a U.S Veteran who was deployed 3 times to Iraq and received an Honorable Discharge as well as a Brown Star in his second deployment.
